The Consumer Rights Protection Centre (CRPC) has adopted a decision to restrict access to several websites operated by SIA “N 1 HOME”:
- Online store: https://n1home.lv/
- Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/n1home.lv/
- Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/n1home.lv/
- TikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@n1home.lv
The decision was adopted because significant consumer rights infringements were identified in the activities of SIA “N 1 HOME”.
During the period from 4 June 2025 until the adoption of the decision, the CRPC received more than 220 consumer complaints and provided more than 250 consultations regarding problems encountered by consumers when purchasing goods from SIA “N 1 HOME”:
Consumers were not ensured proper delivery of the goods they had ordered and paid for; delivery deadlines were repeatedly extended, and in many cases goods were still not delivered several months after the initially promised deadlines.
Refunds for undelivered goods were delayed or not provided at all.
Consumers faced difficulties communicating with SIA “N 1 HOME”, and responses to consumer enquiries were not provided.
The CRPC repeatedly informed SIA “N 1 HOME” about the above-mentioned problems and called on the company to remedy the identified infringements. Taking into account that the infringements were not remedied, that the CRPC continues to receive consumer complaints, and that the continued operation of the websites poses a significant risk to the interests of Latvian consumers, a decision was adopted to block the websites.
