1. Requesting the service
- An association or foundation seeking the right to represent the users of commercial or corporate websites in litigation must submit an Application for Representation in Litigation to the Consumer Rights Protection Center. The application must include confirmation that the association or foundation complies with the requirements of Article 14(3) of Regulation (EU) 2019/1150 of the European Parliament and of the Council on promoting fairness and transparency for business users of online intermediation services.
- An association or foundation wishing to withdraw its interest in representing the users of commercial or corporate websites in litigation must submit an Application for Withdrawal of Representation in Litigation to the Consumer Rights Protection Center, in which it formally withdraws its interest in representing the user(s) in such litigation.
2. Receiving the service
A decision regarding inclusion in or exclusion from the register will be sent electronically to the e-address, email address, or by post.
