The Consumer Rights Protection Centre (PTAC, CRPC) has decided to restrict access until 30 December 2027 to the following websites operated by SIA “Heavenly Furniture”:

- Facebook: ormebeles.lv, ormebeles.outlet, ormsalons1
- Instagram: ormebeles, ormebeles.outlet
This decision was taken because the company is engaging in unfair commercial practices that pose a serious threat to the collective interests of consumers.
Main reasons for the decision:

In 2025, the CRPC received 93 consumer complaints regarding undelivered goods, failure to refund payments, and difficulties in contacting the company. 18 complaints have been resolved.

The company’s economic activity has been suspended since 26 June 2025.

Previously, websites operated by the same company with similar content (ormebeles.lv and ormebeles.eu) were blocked.

Despite CRPC instructions to discontinue website operations, the company created a new website, ormebeles.online. The website contains an active order form and information about the company’s products.
The CRPC urges consumers to exercise caution when shopping online and to carefully verify information about the seller before making a purchase.
