The Consumer Rights Protection Centre (CRPC) has identified the online store www.n1home.lv, operated by SIA “N1HOME”, within its scope of supervision. Consumers who suspect potential violations or encounter problems with order fulfilment are encouraged to contact CRPC.
During the period from 1 December 2025 to 20 February 2026, CRPC received 34 consumer complaints and provided 30 consultations regarding issues experienced by consumers when purchasing goods from SIA “N1HOME”.
The reported problems include:

After placing and paying for orders, consumers receive notifications that delivery will not take place within the agreed timeframe, and delivery deadlines are repeatedly extended;

Refunds for undelivered goods are delayed;

Consumers’ inquiries remain unanswered.
Out of all submitted complaints, 20 cases have been resolved to date. Based on the complaints received, CRPC has initiated an assessment of SIA “N1HOME”’s business practices.
Reminder to Consumers

Use secure payment methods that provide protection in the event of a dispute;

Retain all communication and proof of payment related to the purchase.
Reminder to Traders
When organising the sale of goods, traders are required to act with professional diligence and fairness towards consumers. Sellers must ensure prompt and effective communication, provide complete and accurate information about goods, and comply with distance selling regulations.
