FUNCTIONS:
1. To cooperate with international institutions and non – governmental organizations, those acting in the fields of consumer protection and market surveillance;
2. To represent consumer interests in particular committees and international cooperation networks;
3. To participate in RAPEX system, to organize effective examination of the information about unsafe products, as well to inform other market surveillance institutions about findings in Latvia related with unsafe products.
